Tararua Parish combines Aotearoa New Zealand North Island churches of St Brigid's and St Joseph's to form this parish grouping. St Brigid's Parish includes the communities of Pahiatua (St Brigid's), Woodville (St Columbkille's), and Eketahuna (Sacred Heart). St Joseph's Parish includes the communities of Dannevirke ( St Joseph's) and Pongaroa (Our Lady of the Rosary).  Browse through our website to discover something of the history, activities and people which make up the life of our vibrant Parish.

Benediction & Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament in the Tararua Parishes
Everyone is welcome to spend some time with the Lord!
St Brigid's Pahiatua will offer Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament on the following schedule:
- Sunday: Â 1.30pm - 3.00pm (if persons available to cover each hour)*
- Friday: Â After 9.30 am Mass (approximately 10.00 noon) to 10.30 pm
* If you are able to commit to a one hour block on Sunday, please sign up in the foyer of the church. Â Thank you for your commitment to the Lord.
St Joseph's Dannevirke will offer Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament: -
- 1st Wednesday of each month: Â 5 pm
Rosary
- Pahiatua - Â The Rosary will continue to be prayed weekly according to the schedule listed in the Newsletter (see link above). Â All are welcome to join us.
- Dannevirke - 9am Monday to Friday during the month of October.
Men's Group -
The Men's Group meets on Wednesday at 7.00 pm. Men aged 16 and up are welcome to join us for faith, fellowship, and friendship.
